The ORLITA® DR range has a valveless rotating plunger-type dosing head. It functions by means of a simultaneous oscillating and rotating plunger action. The impeller itself opens and closes the suction and pressure side. This means the pump does not need valves and can be operated in a broad high frequency range. This working principle allows exact dosing of highly viscous media, which may also have solid constituents.
Performance range 0 –4,000 l/h per pump head, max. pressure 630 bar. Dosing pump with valveless rotating plunger dosing head. Particularly suitable therefore for precision dosing of highly viscous media, even containing a proportion of solids, for example in the food industry.
