The BLW blowers are positive displacement pumps able to provide a constant output of gas, normally air, while the pressure varies.
The rotors are a three-lobe special design, high precision machined to grant minimal internal clearances in order to achieve a higher operating efficiency; their rotation is synchronized by helicoidal gears.
The rotor sides are equipped with a patented noise and pulsation damper device. The drive is through V-belt which allows the selection of the correct rotational speed depending on the performance requirements. The rotors, the casing, the covers are in cast iron, the shafts are in carbon steel and the gears are in chrome steel, duly treated for high reliability.
FindeR BLW can be used either as a compressor or as a vacuum pump. There are many applications which involve BLW blowers but most frequent are: compressed air for the aeration of clarifiers in water treatment plants, compressed or vacuum air flow for powder transportation in pneumatic conveying, gas transfer, soil remediation, drying and many others.
